Disperse dyes are used for Polyester fabrics dyeing. This type of dye is approximate insoluble in water and hardly dissolves in water. Therefore, techniques such as swelling by carriers, high temperature and high pressure are employed.
Dyeing process and color absorption starts from 85 ℃ and continues up to 130 ℃. Depending on the class and category of disperse dyes, dyeing operation can be done in different machines such as: Thermosol, Jigger, Overflow jets and high temperature jets.
The dyehouse of this factory has integrated pattern and color with the industry by utilizing modern and advanced equipment such as raw fabric control systems, dyeing pre-treatment, various types of dyeing jets and washing machines.
